Create your account

1

Go to app.getfieldwork.ai and create an account — with an email and password (you’ll verify your email with a link we send), or sign in with Google or Microsoft.
2

Create or join an organization

Fieldwork is organized around organizations. Create one for your company, or accept an invitation a teammate sent you (invitation links land you on the right page after sign-in).
3

Meet the agent

New organizations start with a short onboarding conversation — the agent asks about your business so its answers start from context instead of a blank slate. You can skip it, but a few minutes here pays for itself.

Connect something real

The agent is at its best when it can see your actual data. From the Connectors page, connect your first source — a Shopify store, a Xero organisation, Google Workspace, a database, or any of the supported connectors. OAuth-based connectors take a couple of clicks; you approve the access in the provider’s own consent screen.
Start with the system you check most often. If you run a store, connect Shopify and ask “how were sales last week compared to the week before?” — a question that would otherwise mean a dashboard, a date picker, and a spreadsheet.

Your first conversation

Start a conversation and ask for something real. Some things to try:
  • Analysis: “Pull my top 20 products by revenue this month and show me the trend against last month.”
  • Files: drag in a CSV or spreadsheet and ask the agent to clean, join, or summarize it.
  • Documents: “Write up our returns policy as a knowledge base page based on how I describe it.”
  • Actions: “Draft an invoice in Xero for the following…” — the agent prepares it and shows you an approval card before anything is created.
When the agent wants to run something with side effects, it asks first — you’ll see exactly what it intends to do. Approve, or tell it to take a different approach.

Invite your team

From Organizations, invite teammates by email. Invitations expire after 7 days and arrive with a link that walks them through sign-up. Members see the organization’s shared resources according to the access controls you set; conversations stay private to their owner unless shared.
